Meet Adrienne

Adrienne Phelps
Founder/Lead Practitioner

Having spent years struggling with days of emotional distress in the form of anxiety and worrying thoughts, I embarked on a self-emotional autopsy seeking self-comprehension.

Why do I feel this way? Where are the emotions coming from? How can I live differently?

I knew there must be another way to live. Surely, everyone else has figured this out.

Through my own education utilizing books, podcasts, acupuncture, meditation, hypnosis, prayer and journaling a huge piece of me awakened. I was able to raise awareness of my behavior and thought patterns that were impeding on my ability to live the best, authentic version of myself. The version that is fulfilling my life’s true purpose.

And that purpose, I truly believe is helping people discover their purpose, ease emotional distress and become aware of the body, mind, spirit connection.
